We had a nice weekend at home...really didn't leave the house except for a trip to the grocery store and to Target!!!

Riley has finally mastered the word "more", which makes things a little easier around here- although she wants "more" of everything!! She has also learned how to moooo like a cow! Before, all of her animal sounds were the same- but now the cow is distinguished! I am guessing woof will be next, since she hears Roxie all day long.

At our trip to Target, we bought Riley a little Elmo chair. It is fuzzy and yellow and has a big picture of Elmo and a rainbow (Todd is wondering if Elmo is indeed gay???)- and she LOVES it. She sat in it all day long- well- she actually climbed in and out of it all day long, but that is what toddlers do. Of course, when we finally played her Elmo video for her tonight while I was making dinner- she refused to sit in it and wanted Daddy's lap instead. Go figure!
